Veterans Affairs Aid & Attendance and Housebound Benefit Program:

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) offers many different programs and services for veterans and their surviving spouses. Veterans and spouses may be eligible for these benefits when a beneficiary needs assistance with activities of daily living.  This means he/she usually requires help with dressing, feeding, or bathing due to physical or mental limitations.
